Policies & Procedures 

At JK Club, the safety, wellbeing and happiness of every child in our care is our highest priority. Our policies and procedures explain how we operate our breakfast club, after school club and holiday club safely, consistently and in line with current childcare legislation and best practice.

We follow the statutory guidance set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework, Working Together to Safeguard Children (2023), The Children Act 1989 & 2004, The Equality Act 2010, SEND Code of Practice (2014), The Prevent Duty (Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015), Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and UK GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility at JK Club. All staff receive safeguarding training and follow clear procedures to ensure children are protected, supported and able to thrive in a safe and caring environment.
